Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the terms contained herein and supersede any other documents that have not been written by a duly authorized representative consent Experience Aerosim inc. / Aerosim Experience inc. (hereinafter “Aerosim”). Thus, any addition or modification by the customer, the terms or conditions contained herein or any document, whether or not herein shall be deemed to (e) Non-writing (e) if it is not ratified by the signature a representative Aerosim despite no notice has been sent by Aerosim.

1 SERVICES

Aerosim is a company offering clients virtual experiments on Boeing 737NG flight simulator, internships aerophobia, team building activities and corporate seminar. The price of the service is the one indicated when purchasing the coupon on our website and are expressed in Canadian dollars. The Aerosim Experience center has exclusive purpose of offering fun activities and is not certified for flight training.

2 RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

After purchasing the coupon, you must contact us by phone or email to reserve a time slot. You can change the date and time of your reservation or cancel it without charge, at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight time by calling the number listed under “Contact” below. Cancellation or change of reservation can not be made within the 48 hours preceding the flight planning. In this case, the coupon will be canceled without refund or planned at a later date in exchange of a 50$ fee. If you do not show up for your flight and you have not changed your reservation at least 48 hours prior to this one, your coupon will be canceled without refund. The coupons can not be refunded or resold.

3 UPGRADE, LOSS OF USE AND COUPON

Coupons can only be used in the center where they were purchased and are valid for flight simulation indicated when purchasing the coupon. However, it will be possible at the time of booking to get an upgrade for flight simulation purchased by paying the difference between the price of the new package and the price paid for the coupons you have in your possession. If a coupon is lost, it will not be replaced or refunded.

4 SAFETY

For security reasons, we ask that you bring an ID with a photo. If you are not able to produce proof of identity, we reserve the right to refuse admission on board the simulator. The minimum age to enter the simulator Aerosim Experience is 6 years. The Aerosim Experience simulator is an exact replica of aircraft cockpit and requires some mobility. If you think your condition is likely to affect your experience, please let us know. If we consider that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to deny you access to the simulator and your coupon will be canceled without refund.

5 LIMITED LIABILITY

5.1. Your participation in the activity on your coupon presupposes that Aerosim clearly explained you the progress of the work and operation of the equipment that will be used in flight simulation and that you understand the mode of operation and use.

5.2. By purchasing the coupon, you warrant the truth and accuracy of all information that you submit to Aerosim, particular about your age and medical conditions that might be capable of affecting the conduct of the activity.

5.3. In consideration for the services rendered, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree, hereby indemnify, defend and hold Aerosim and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability to against all claims, demands, suits, proceedings (including legal fees), losses and / or damages that may be brought or claimed against one of them, as a result of material damage suffered by you -even, or damage to property which may arise from the use of equipment, and you waive hereby, any right to a claim or legal action against these people, on any basis ie: you accept full responsibility for these damages.

5.4. By purchasing the coupon, you agree that Aerosim may collect, use and store your personal information collected for the activity for the sole purpose to preserve evidence in case of litigation.

6 REDUCTION FLIGHT TIME

If you decide to terminate the flight during a session or when reducing flight time by you especially for a late arrival to the center or to the simulator, an application to pause, feeling airsick or any other physical problem during the flight, no compensation or refund, even partial, will not be granted.

7 SCANNED FILES

You will be able to get the video of your flight to the sum of twenty dollars ($ 20.00). Necessary measures will be taken to give you your DVD or USB flash drive containing the video of your flight as soon as possible following the end of your session flight simulation. Assuming that it would be technically impossible to give it to you after your simulation session, we will send it by post. Should he not be able to provide you with the video of your flight, you will receive a refund of the purchase, without further compensation to you. Aerosim reserves the right to use any digitized files (videos and photos) to feed its media platforms. Any customer may refuse to allow his image to be used for commercial purposes by notifying Aerosim by writing an email to the address in 10. Contact. Without refusal on its part Aerosim will assume that the customer authorizes Aerosim to use its image.

8 NO WAIVER

Any acceptance or omission Aerosim to enforce any of the terms and conditions provided herein shall limit or prevent the exercise of rights Aerosim and any such tolerance or omission can not be interpreted as a waiver Aerosim to exercise his rights.

9 INTERPRETATION AND JURISDICTION

This document is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of civil courts of Québec in the judicial district of Montreal, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
